2023 Spring Baseball Registration

Welcome to the 2023 PALL Spring Baseball Registration!

INTRODUCTION

  • ALL PLAYERS: Expect registration to take approximately 20 minutes. Sports Engine is our new registration platform and provides updated features and tools for parents, coaches, board members.
  • NEW PARENT/GUARDIAN: You cannot register your child without creating an account first. If you are new, click HERE to join.

T-Ball and PV teams are built by the player agent taking into consideration buddy requests & school info.
For PCL, Minors and Majors, PALL runs a draft. Managers of each league draft players one round at a time. The managers do their best to evaluate each participant at tryouts.  It is up to the manager to select a participant for any given division. The league can't guarantee a participant will be chosen to any specific division. However, every player will be selected for a team.

2023 REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees for 2023 will be $200.00 per registration.  PALL will automatically apply a 20% discount for additional siblings registered. The registration fee will increase to $250.00 after December 31st so register early.  Thank you in advance for volunteering your time in any capacity possible. Your help keeps our fees competitive and creates lifelong bonds among players and families.  

 

Volunteer Buyout for 2023

Pacifica American Little League is a volunteer run organization. We can only continue  to succeed if each family commits to assist us throughout the year by volunteering to be a coach, a manger, an umpire, a member of the field maintenance crews or work shifts in the snack shack.

 

We realize that not all families are able to meet the volunteer commitments.  Therefore, during on-line registration, you may elect to “buy-out” this obligation with a $100 per registration contribution to the League.  Each additional siblings will be a flat rate of $25 that is automatically calculated at checkout. 

 

The league Volunteer Coordinator (in conjunction with the Snack Shack Coordinators, Chief Umpire and Team Coordinators) will be responsible for tracking participation of each league family

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Baseball Draft: Teams from PCL - Majors are selected by draft based on player capabilities observed during PALL tryouts. Buddy requests are not allowed in PCL – Majors. Player Tryouts dates are still TBD).
  • Buddy Requests:  This option is available only for T-Ball players and PV. To ensure buddies are placed on the same team, parents of both buddies must complete the request.  Please e-mail Howard Roach at playeragent@pallball.org with all buddy requests.
  • Season:  Team practices start in early February and last until late May. Games start in early March and last until the around the end of May. Playoffs are typically late May and/or early June.
  • Times/Dates/Locations:  Games are determined by the league.  Practice Time/Date/Location are selected by the team manager.
